Developmental Assessment

This assessment identifies how your child’s development is tracking alongside their peers. It includes the use of two standardised assessment tools which explores age-appropriate developmental milestones. 

Age: 0-8 years

Assessment package involves:

  • Online questionnaire for caregivers
  • 45 minute – 1 hour appointment
  • Report
  • Optional: Discussion of results via phone call (optional)

Autism Diagnostic Assessment

We partner with a Speech Pathology service to provide the allied health component of an autism diagnostic assessment. We assess children aged 3-16 years of age.

 

 

 

Developmental Assessment

 

This assessment is suitable for children with developmental concerns aged 0-8 years old. It includes administration of two standardised assessment tools to identify how your child is tracking compared to similar-aged children.

Sensory Profile Assessment

 

This assessment will enable you to identify your child’s sensory preferences and will provide you with strategies to trial to support their sensory needs during their everyday tasks.

 

 

 

Functional Capacity Assessment

This comprehensive assessment provides in-depth information about your child’s level of independence and support needs. This assessment is recognised by the NDIS to support funding requests.
